Butt joint

● Mainly used for welding connection between customer pipeline and other products.

● The size of the connector head should match the customer piping specification.

● Threaded joint has internal thread and external thread joint two kinds.

● Common thread types are inch non-sealing pipe threads, referred to as G thread, inch sealing pipe thread, referred to as ISO 7/1 R(Rc) thread, us seal thread, referred to as NPT thread, us unified thread referred to as UNC/UNF/UNEF thread, metric thread, etc.

● The commonly used DN flange joint design follows the design standard of compact flange, and a small part follows the design standard of gb flange joint.

Victaulic quick joint

SAE flange joint

● Suitable for large diameter and high pressure conditions, the mounting surface will be sealed with "O" ring to prevent leakage.

● The joint is connected to the customer pipe by threaded hole, which is relatively easy to install and provides high pressure capacity.

Plate joint

● It is suitable for large units with high pressure and strong anti-vibration capability. Generally, it is sealed with "O" ring for customer pipelines.

● Customers have higher requirements on the surface flatness of joints.

Nozzle joint
