Circulation Cleaning

First of all, chemical descaling is carried out during the cycle cleaning. Close the total value of the heat exchanger inlet and outlet water. Through the external pipe, pump, sink, and other related equipment to form a circulating system, the special cleaning agent through the external sink, is gradually added to the system, for full circulation. Until the concentration of the cleaning agent no longer changes, stop the cycle. The waste liquid is discharged from the outlet of the external circulation system of the heat exchanger, and clean water is added continuously until the pH is about 5. Then neutralize the treatment. Neutralization treatment with sodium hydroxide, sodium carbonate, and another residual acidic cleaning agent in the system to neutralize the pH to about 7, to ensure the quality of the system for passivation treatment. Next time passivation treatment. This operation should also use a special passivation solution for plate heat exchangers. Finally, the plate heat exchanger is restored to its original state and the inlet and outlet valves are opened. This series of operations really completes the cleaning of the heat exchanger.


Disassembly Cleaning

The advantage of disassembly cleaning can be cleaned both ways of the heat exchanger, cleaning more thoroughly. Weld slag, foreign matter, and rust can be removed from the heat exchanger. This type of heat exchanger cleaning is more complicated. The first step is to close the valves of the heat exchanger and leave it in a non-working state. Each valve must be closed tightly to prevent leakage of the cleaning solution.

The next step is to remove the plates from the heat exchanger. Drain the water from the heat exchanger drain, or loosen the heat exchanger bolts if there is no drain to drain. After emptying, then disassemble. During disassembly, be careful to place and clean the plates in the original order and take care not to damage their gaskets. When cleaning the plate piece by piece put it in a cleaning tank with stainless steel cleaning agent soaked in 0.5h after taking out, cleaning agent concentration control in 0.5 mmol / L.
