Cleaning reasons

Heat exchangers as the main heat exchange parts in the refrigeration system, its heat exchange performance will directly affect the cooling capacity of the whole refrigeration system. The production welding process itself will produce some impurities or carbon black, the cleaning process before production is often unable to thoroughly clean, and because the air conditioning unit is installed in an open environment, impurities in the environment are easy to enter it, and in the process of operation, the compressor and other components will also produce impurities due to wear and tear. As the use of air conditioners increases over the years, various impurities will gather in some locations in the pipeline and block the pipeline. Once the air conditioning pipeline is blocked, the circulation of refrigerant in the air conditioning system cannot be carried out smoothly, and the cooling and heating function of the air conditioning unit will be affected, and even lead to the failure of the heat exchanger unit and shutdown. Therefore, it is especially important to clean the air conditioning pipeline and heat exchanger unit.


Cleaning solution

By using the characteristics of a cleaning agent to build a complete cycle of a bad cleaning system, the inner wall of the heat exchanger unit is circulated and rinsed, so that oil and other dirt are dissolved in the cleaning agent, and the foreign matter including impurities is flushed out of the heat exchanger through the flow of refrigerant driven by a self-priming pump, and then filtered through the filter layer of the water tank, and the cycle of cleaning is repeated, so that the inner wall of the polluted heat exchanger pipeline can be thoroughly cleaned.


Cleaning results

In the rail vehicle air conditioning industry, more than the use of a fully enclosed scroll compressor refrigeration system, in the process of system manufacturing and maintenance, will produce a refrigeration system. Internal contamination of the pipeline, there is a large amount of residual dirt inside the heat exchanger, such as not timely processing, will affect the normal work of the entire refrigeration system.

In the past maintenance process, most of these problems only with high-pressure nitrogen blowing, can not completely remove the dirt and replace the entire heat exchanger, and there is a higher cost problem. The use of cleaning agents for circulation cleaning program, not only clean up the effect of good, and improve the old air conditioning heat exchanger heat transfer performance, test data show that can be improved by about 4%, but also more economical than the replacement of the heat exchanger unit program.
